These terms govern your use of meleemarkets.com ("MeleeMarkets", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. Information only, not advice

Headlines, odds, price changes, charts and everything else on the site are for general information only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or trading advice, and not an offer or invitation to buy, sell or bet on anything. Markets and crypto assets are risky and you can lose everything you put in. Prediction markets are restricted or unlawful in some places. It is your responsibility to know the rules where you live. Do your own research and speak to a qualified professional before making decisions.

2. We do not take bets

MeleeMarkets does not operate a market, exchange or betting service and does not hold or move anyone's money. Any link to Polymarket, Kalshi or another platform takes you to a separate service with its own terms, fees, eligibility rules and risks.

3. No affiliation

We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for Polymarket, Kalshi or any publisher we link to. All names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Third-party content

Headlines, excerpts and pictures come from publishers' public feeds and remain the property of those publishers; each card links to the original. Our shortened wording can contain mistakes. Odds and prices come from third-party platforms and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

5. Our content and your use of it

The site's design, code, layout, graphics, data compilations and our own text belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site, link to it, and share our pages and cards on social media. Without our written permission you may not copy or republish the site or its content as your own, scrape it in bulk, resell it, or build a competing service from it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: attack, overload or probe the site; try to access anything you are not meant to; use bots or automated requests that harm performance; interfere with ads or sponsor tracking; submit unlawful, abusive or misleading messages; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access to anyone who does.

7. Sponsored content and ads

Sponsored items are labelled. We are not responsible for what advertisers say or offer, and we do not endorse them. Dealing with an advertiser is solely between you and them.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Always check the original source before acting on anything.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MeleeMarkets and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage, including financial loss, loss of profit or data, or indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the site, any third-party content or data, or any decision you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes, ending access and the rest

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access at any time. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the pages they link to are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
