MeleeMarkets links to news and shows short excerpts, rewritten headlines and some publisher pictures from publishers' public feeds. We respect the rights of publishers and creators and act quickly on valid requests.

Publishers: removal, no questions asked

If you are a publisher and simply want your feed, a section of it, or a single item removed from MeleeMarkets, email hello@meleemarkets.com from an address at your domain, or tell us the feed address. We stop using the source. You do not need a legal notice for this.

Copyright infringement notice

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@meleemarkets.com that includes:

1. your name, address, phone number and email;
2. a description of the work you say is infringed, and a link to the original;
3. the web address (URL) of each page on MeleeMarkets you want reviewed, and what on it you object to (text, picture or both);
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and
6. your physical or electronic signature.

Notices missing these details may be delayed. Knowingly false claims can carry legal liability.

What we do

We acknowledge a notice within two business days and, where it is valid, remove or disable the item as soon as we can, usually within three business days. We may tell the person who supplied the material that we removed it, and may share your notice with them.

Counter-notice

If you believe something was removed by mistake or misidentification, email us a counter-notice with: your name and contact details; the removed item and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. If the original claimant does not begin legal action within ten business days, we may restore the item.

Repeat infringement

We will stop using sources and block users who are repeat infringers.

Pictures, trademarks and other concerns

Pictures on cards come from publishers' own feeds and pages, are loaded from their servers, and are never stored by us. For a picture, trademark, privacy or defamation concern, email hello@meleemarkets.com with the page address and what the issue is. We will review it and act where it is justified.

You are welcome to link to MeleeMarkets and share our pages. Please do not republish the site's content as your own. See the Terms of Service.
